Bobby Clarke a Broadstreet Bully for life

It appears as if the Flyers are returning to the glory days of the mid 70's when they were known as the hated Broad Street Bullies. Broad Street is the name of the street the stadium is located at. Every team in the league was terrified to play them. They beat you every way you could possibly think of including physically scarring the crap out of every opponent they faced. Besides being physical brutes they could play some hockey, they hold a record in professional sports for most games played without a loss at 35 games. that's mighty impressive.
While last season the Flyers were the worst team in the league, they are doing much better this season and part of that may be do to them playing like bullies. A little dirty at times but hey sometimes that's the way hockey is played. In a slew of incidents this year for some cheap shots the latest happening against the Toronto Maple Leafs, a Flyer sucker punched another player.
What did Bob Clarke VP of the team and former Broad Street Bully have to say about it?
He loved it!
